Meeting Availability
Replace all dates and the time zone before sharing. This poll does not book a meeting.
- Your name [text] · Required
- Which times could you attend? [checkbox]
- Option A: date and time, UTC
- Option B: date and time, UTC
- Option C: date and time, UTC
- None of these
- Other availability [paragraph]
- Contact email [text]
About this example
- Four questions. Replace the placeholder dates and UTC with the actual dates and time zone.
- Tell participants to select all workable times or only None of these.
Before you start
- Replace every placeholder option with a real date, time and one stated time zone.
- Choose a response deadline and explain how the final time will be announced.
- Decide whether the contact email is needed; remove it if you can confirm through an existing group channel.
Create your form
- Open the example and replace Option A, B and C with specific times. Keep the time zone in every option or clearly in the introduction.
- Preview the checkbox options and instructions, then create the Google Form in your account.
- Review availability, resolve conflicting responses, and send a calendar invitation or confirmation yourself.
Limits and settings to check
- The form does not check calendars, book a slot, select a time automatically or prevent double bookings.
- Checkboxes allow multiple choices; “None of these” is not exclusive. Ask participants not to combine it with a time, and check conflicts yourself.
- A response is only availability information. The meeting is not confirmed until you send confirmation.
