Will my payment automatically renew?

No. We believe in transparency. Each payment is one-time only. You choose when to extend.

Why are web plans and API usage priced differently?

The website uses time-based Pro access for people creating forms in the browser. REST API usage is priced separately with prepaid credits because machine traffic can vary widely by volume. Most browser users only need the Pro plan; API credits are for agent and automation workflows.

What happens to my forms after my access expires?

Your forms remain active and accessible. You'll need to extend access only to create new forms with more than 10 questions.

Are my forms private if I pay?

Free accounts start with new forms set to public by default, but you can switch them to private. Pro accounts default new forms to private and keep unlimited questions plus other premium features.

Do you have access to my Google Forms?

No. We only help create forms - we don't store or access your actual Google Forms. We maintain a library of questions and form templates created by our free users, but the actual forms in your Google account are completely private and under your control.

Can I upgrade at any time?

Yes. Start with the free plan and upgrade whenever you need more questions or privacy.

Can I use promotion codes?

Yes, if you have a valid promotion code, you can enter it during checkout.
