Browser Plans vs. API Credits
This page is focused on browser usage. Pro plans unlock premium features for people working in the web app.
If you are building an integration or AI agent, REST API usage is billed separately with prepaid credits. Purchased API credits do not require Pro and do not expire. See the API reference, auth guide, or OpenAPI JSON.
FAQ
Will my payment automatically renew?
No. We believe in transparency. Each payment is one-time only. You choose when to extend.
Why are web plans and API usage priced differently?
The website uses time-based Pro access for people creating forms in the browser. REST API usage is priced separately with prepaid credits because machine traffic can vary widely by volume. Most browser users only need the Pro plan; API credits are for agent and automation workflows.
What happens to my forms after my access expires?
Your forms remain active and accessible. You'll need to extend access only to create new forms with more than 10 items; questions, sections, text blocks, images and videos each count as one item.
How does template-library visibility work?
Library visibility is separate from Google sharing. New FREE-account forms are eligible for the SurveysAI template library by default, while PRO forms start excluded. You can change the default or any individual form in your dashboard.
Do you have access to my Google Forms?
No. We only help create forms - we don't store or access your actual Google Forms. Forms remain in your Google account under the sharing settings you control. Separately, eligible form structure may appear as a template in the SurveysAI library according to your dashboard visibility setting.
Can I upgrade at any time?
Yes. Start with the free plan and upgrade whenever you need forms with no item limit or other Pro features.
Can I use promotion codes?
Yes, if you have a valid promotion code, you can enter it during checkout.
